In early 2011 I began a search for a software program to manage our field operations. After an exhaustive search I was  unable to locate a simple, logical and cost effective solution. Then in April 2011 after searching the iPhone app store I found ServiceM8. This simply to use service management solution ticked all the boxes. It took literally 30 minutes to create an account, download the app and start using a very impressive and comprehensive solution. I sell and install IT software for a living and in the last 16 years this is one of the best I have come across. Keep up the good work.
