Perth Tree Services is a family owned and run business providing WA with 40 years of excellent workmanship and customer service.
I was searching for an iPhone and iPad app that could help with quoting, invoicing and scheduling jobs. I wanted to have a program that was compatible with MYOB, and live between office and technicians on the road.
I found about 3-4 programs. And I chose ServiceM8 specifically because of their website slogan “Our job is to help you do it”.
The ServiceM8 team personally helped us get our account up and running. And with their assistance, I am now able to use the app to achieve my business goals.

The app has drastically improved our productivity. For example, when I am unable to be onsite, I use the diagram and photo function to demonstrate what work needs to be done by the onsite crew. With the photos and diagram map my crew know exactly what to do and where to go. All information is in one place and attached to the job.
