Multiple Phone Numbers

• Add multiple inbound phone numbers to your account
• Australian mobile numbers are now an option
• Each additional number beyond the first is charged monthly

Simplified Number Porting

Number porting is now available on ALL ServiceM8 Phone plans with reduced requirements:

• Previously: Limited to specific plans, required 1 month and 100 calls minimum
• Now: Available on all plans with just 2 weeks and 50 calls minimum

How to Add Numbers

1. Go to Settings > ServiceM8 Phone
2. Select the option to add additional phone numbers
3. Search and select from available local or mobile numbers
4. Complete the setup for your new number

Enhanced Reporting

View call data for all your numbers together or filter reports to see activity for specific numbers.
