Creating detailed business reports has never been easier. Instead of manually setting up filters and parameters, you can now simply describe what information you need in plain English, and AI will generate comprehensive reports from your ServiceM8 data.

How to Generate AI Reports

1. Go to Reports in your Online Dashboard
2. Click on the "Custom Reports" section
3. Select the "AI Report" tab
4. Type your report request in the "Generate Your Report" text field
5. Click the "Generate" button to create your report

After clicking Generate, you'll be taken to the Custom Report page with all the details pre-filled based on your request. The AI processes your natural language input and automatically configures the appropriate filters, groupings, and data selections.

Getting Started

If you're not sure what to ask for, click the "Explore More Example Report Ideas" button to view a help article with suggested report types and example requests.

What You Can Report On

• Job data filtered by status, category, badges, or staff members
• Revenue information grouped by various criteria
• Time-based analysis with flexible date ranges
• Staff performance and productivity metrics

Your generated reports will appear in the familiar Reports V2 interface, where you can save them for future use, apply additional filters, or export the data as needed.
