The ServiceGuru Information Request add-on allows you to quickly and easily request pictures, documents or any other information you may require for your customers directly through the job card. Select the information you would like from your customer, and then hit send. Your customer will then receive a link via email or text message, where they can respond and attach the relevant details you require. You can even allow your customers to choose a booking time slot that suits them with responses saved directly to that job card.
