Easy Employee Sign Off Form for Toolbox Talks / Safety Bulletin / Alert Notifications

Getting employees to sign off on Tool Box Talks / Safety Bulletin / Alert Notifications is always a struggle.

You can make it easier by following these steps.

Step 1 Purchase the Employee Sign Off form attached

Step 2 Make three new job template and call them Tool Box Talk - Safety Bulletin and Alert Notification (leave them as a Quote or Work Order)

In the Description use wording, for example, PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT LOCATED IN THE JOB DAIRY BEFORE FILLING IN THE EMPLOYEE SIGN OFF FORM - NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE NOTE OF THE DATE, ISSUE ID AND SUBJECT TO COMPLETE THE FORM.

Then click on the Badge EMPS (ready for employees to use when they are on their phones)

Now you are ready to use go to step 3

Step 3
- Go to Dispatch, Start a new job from the job template eg. Safety Bulletin
-UPLOAD the safety bulletin/toolbox talk etc that you want the employees to read
- Drag the job on the schedule for each employee you would like to sign off.
- The employee will see the job in their calendar/job schedule, open it, read the document from the diary and fill in the Employee Sign Off form.

Once all employee have completed the forms you can either save each form in a folder on your computer and delete from the job so you can use this job again, again. Or you can create a new job for each safety bulleting/toolbox talk etc. It's up to you.
