Weekly Activity Report

Posts a report to the activity feed at the end of each week describing time spent on different tasks.


The Weekly Activity Report provides quick statistics on what proportion of your total working hours are spent Checked In to jobs in ServiceM8. It also compares these statistics to the previous week, so you can see if you're increasing your percentage of time Checked-In.

The Activity Report can also be generated for individual staff members, and posted only to the relevant staff member.

The report shows the total time Checked In, calculates this time as a percentage of the total working hours for the reporting period, and shows how these numbers have changed since the last reporting period.

The report is posted to your Activity Feed on a weekly basis. You can set whether the report is visible to Business Owners only, staff with Finance security access or higher, or all staff in the business.
