Weekly Job Summary Report

Posts a report to the activity feed at the end of each week, which contains a summary of active and completed jobs.


The Weekly Job Summary report tells you at a glance whether you're getting ahead or falling behind on your jobs.

The report provides the following information

• New Jobs number of jobs which were created since the report was last generated
• Completed Jobs number of jobs where the status changed to "Completed" since the report was last generated
• Active Jobs number of jobs with status of "Quote" or "Work Order" (regardless of creation date)

The report is posted to your Activity Feed on a weekly basis. You can set whether the report is visible to Business Owners only, staff with Finance security access or higher, or all staff in the business.
