Two viewing modes

Choose how you want to view your staff time data:

  • Clock On Hours - See the total hours each staff member was clocked on each day, plus weekly totals
  • Job & Travel Time - View total job and travel time recorded each day, with weekly totals

Customizable pay periods

Set your starting day to match your pay runs - whether you start your week on Monday, Sunday, or any other day that fits your business schedule.

Quick daily insights

Hover over any day's time entry to see a detailed breakdown including:

  • Total job time
  • Travel time
  • Shift duration
  • Break time

Investigating time discrepancies

When something doesn't look right (like a staff member showing 8 hours on shift but only 4 hours recorded on jobs), you can click on that time entry to open the new Shift GPS Report for detailed investigation.

Editing time data

Found an error? You can edit clock on and clock off data directly for any staff member. If you use automatic timesheet syncing, your corrected times will sync to your accounting package on the normal schedule.

Excel export for payroll

Running payroll manually? Export your weekly timesheet data to Excel, making it easy to perform additional payroll calculations or create custom reports as needed.
