Managing field staff and tracking job completion just got clearer. You can now see at a glance whether your staff visited their scheduled bookings, their current check-in status, and detailed visit outcomes.

What you'll see

• Navigating to job: 🚘 icon with ETA when staff are on their way
• Checked in: ⏱️ icon showing how long they've been on site
• Visited: ✔️ icon confirming they completed their visit

Where to find it

These status icons appear on bookings in:

• Staff Schedule view
• Calendar view
• Diary view

How to use it

1. Open the Dispatch Board in your web dashboard
2. Look for the new icons in the top-right corner of each booking
3. Hover over any icon to see details like "🚘 ETA: 9:20 am" or "⏱️ 2h 29m"
4. Watch as bookings progressively fill with color (20% opacity) when staff are checked in, showing time progress

Visual improvements

When staff check into a job, you'll see the booking gradually fill with the status color based on how long they've been checked in. This gives you an instant visual reference for job progress without needing to hover or click for details.

Note: The color fill is based on check-in time, not the current time indicator on your schedule.
