You can now control whether allocated jobs display in the Staff Schedules view.
From February 2022, you can control whether jobs allocated in an allocation window (e.g. Urgent, Business Hours, Anytime etc) show in Staff Schedules amongst fixed-time bookings. Allocated jobs are now hidden by default.
This level of visibility is now controlled as a preference — to see allocated jobs alongside fixed-time bookings in the Staff Schedules view, go to Settings > Preferences > Job Allocations, and set ‘Show allocated jobs in Staff Schedules’ to Yes:
Note that the Job Allocations Add-on must be enabled for this to be available in Preferences.
