Partner Directory Improvements

July 2020

The Partner Directory has been updated to provide a better experience and promote engagement. Partner status and experience badges are included in your listing, and it’s now possible to include online booking links in your main profile (via the Services Add-on). Enquiries submitted through the directory are also now sent straight to your ServiceM8 Inbox for conversion.

What partners get listed on the Partner Directory?

Bronze, Silver and Gold partners that have had their landing page and About your business description approved. Partners that fail to make a new customer connection in 180 days will be removed from the directory.

What happens when a customer clicks on Directory Listing?

Clicking on a directory listing will take you to the Partner’s profile page.

What is listed on the Partner Profile?

On the partner profile you will see Partner’s:

  • Name
  • Logo
  • Status
  • Experience ( What year the partner started)
  • “About your business” description
  • Contact details
  • Qualifications
  • Services (If services are set up and selected to be viewed)
  • Enquiry Form

How do I list my services on my partner profile ?

Any Services you create in the Services Add-on and list as public are able to be listed on your profile. If you go to Settings > Preferences > Partner Program, all of your services will be listed for you to select which ones you want displayed on your page.

  • The service description will be what is listed on your profile.
  • Any Services listed must be related to ServiceM8 Services.
  • Services are subject to approval by ServiceM8 before getting listed
  • Services with a fixed price will have the price displayed

Can I opt out of being listed on the directory ?

Yes, if you no longer wish to be listed on the partner directory you can email partner.support@servicem8.com

What order are partners listed?

The list is ordered on location and status.
