The Multiple Locations Add-on does not have a wide use case to support it being visible in the Add-on Store by default.

Customers who had this add-on activated will continue to be able to access it, and ServiceM8 Partners are still able to see and activate this feature. However, it is no longer visible in the Add-on Store for everyone else.
