What's Changed

• Email action now displays as 'Email Quote' or 'Email Invoice' for clarity
• New 'SMS Quote' and 'SMS Invoice' options for direct text messaging
• New 'Save to Diary' option for quick calendar integration

How to Access These Features

1. Go to the Billing tab on any job card
2. Click the dropdown arrow next to 'Send Quote' or 'Send Invoice'
3. Select 'Customise Quote' or 'Customise Invoice'
4. Choose your preferred template and access the new action buttons

This change reduces the number of clicks needed for common tasks like previewing quotes/invoices, sending via SMS, saving to diary, and using different templates - addressing the key pain points reported by users transitioning to the Enhanced Job Card.
