Check-In Timer | Online Job Cards

When managing multiple jobs and staff members, it's important to know not just who's on site, but how long they've been there. This new feature provides real-time visibility into staff check-in duration directly on the job card.

What's New

You can now see exactly how long a staff member has been checked into a job with a timer that appears next to their presence icon (e.g., Staff Avatar | 23:25). The timer updates in real-time and uses the distinctive red check-in color to clearly indicate active presence.

How It Works

  1. When a staff member checks into a job via the mobile app, their presence icon appears on the online job card
  2. A timer automatically starts displaying next to their avatar (format: HH:MM)
  3. The timer continues running in real-time until they check out
  4. Multiple staff members can be tracked simultaneously on the same job
Note: You cannot check staff members out from the online dashboard - they must check themselves out using the mobile app.
