Yes. You can create a Shortcut to the Apple 'Markup' app to annotate photos taken through the ServiceM8 app. The iPad version of the app also includes the ability to draw & save diagrams against a job.
No. We believe it's best to store your pre-ServiceM8 job history somewhere safe for reference, and have a clean start in your new ServiceM8 account.
Staff logins are created and managed through the main ServiceM8 account (i.e. staff do not create their own ServiceM8 accounts). To add staff logins, in your Online Dashboard, go to Settings > Staff > Add Staff.
Yes. You can create standard jobs and schedule them in the app. Recurring jobs can only be created in the Online Dashboard.
On a day-to-day basis, you can manage job creation, scheduling, quoting, invoicing & payments through the app, on the go. However, some features are only available online, and you will need to log into the Online Dashboard occasionally to manage account settings & other matters.
Yes. If ServiceM8 isn't right for you, the Account Owner can cancel the account through their account management settings.
No. You'll have 14 days to trial ServiceM8 free before you need to choose a plan and supply credit card details.
Each plan has a different number of monthly Job and SMS (text) credits, and different "add-ons". Check out the Pricing page for more information.
Check out the differences in plans on our Pricing page. Consider how many jobs you usually do in a month, and the ServiceM8 add-ons you need. You can always upgrade or downgrade between plans later.
A job credit is consumed any time you create a new job in ServiceM8, whether it starts as a Quote or Work Order. If you update a job's status from Quote to Work Order, it still only counts as one job credit.
Great client communication is important, so ServiceM8 comes with the ability to text clients about their jobs, through both the App & the Online Dashboard.
Yes. Unused job & SMS credits will expire at the end of each month.
No. Each ServiceM8 plan is a single monthly price for your business. You can create as many staff logins as needed.
