How does the offer work?

You pay a ServiceM8 Partner for setup & training, then send us the paid receipt, and we'll add a matching credit to your ServiceM8 account, which will be used for your ServiceM8 subscription fees, up to a max. of $2,000. No cash is being offered. See the T&Cs below for more info.

How is the credit applied?

Your account credit will be applied to your monthly ServiceM8 subscription payments, at a rate of 50% of your plan's base price, til the credit runs out i.e. you will only pay 50% of your monthly fee til your credit is used up.

What Partners can I use this rebate with?

You must engage a certified ServiceM8 Partner who is listed in the ServiceM8 Partner Directory. See the T&Cs below.

What services can I claim with this rebate?

Services being claimed must directly relate to first-time ServiceM8 setup and training, for genuinely new subscribers to ServiceM8.

When do I need to submit my claim?

You must submit your claim within 60 days of the date of subscribing to ServiceM8, and the date of the Partner's invoice. Please see the T&Cs for all requirements.

Do I need to subscribe a certain way?

Yes. You must subscribe to ServiceM8 via your Online Dashboard login. This offer is not compatible with subscribing through your Xero or Apple account. Please see the T&Cs for all requirements.

Can I claim multiple times?

No, you can only submit a claim once under this offer. So, if your Partner has separated their setup & training services over more than one invoice, you'll need to submit all invoices in the same submission. Please see the T&Cs for all requirements.

Terms & Conditions

The value provided under this rebate offer is ServiceM8 account credit only. The account credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash or anything else.

This offer is available from 1 September 2023, and will end once the ServiceM8 Customer Success Fund is exhausted, and without notice.

To redeem the offer, you must subscribe to a ServiceM8 plan, complete first-time setup & training with a ServiceM8 Partner, pay for the services rendered in full, then submit evidence of the purchase, all within 60 days, and in accordance with these terms. You must submit your claim here within 60 days of completing and paying for the Partner services, and subscribing to ServiceM8.

If your Partner has separated their setup & training services over more than one invoice (e.g. you paid a 50% deposit), you'll need to submit ALL invoices in the same submission to reflect the full & paid value of the amount you're claiming.

Only new subscribers to ServiceM8 are eligible for this offer. 

To be eligible to receive this offer, you must subscribe to ServiceM8 via your Online Dashboard login accessed via www.servicem8.com/login-page i.e. this offer is not compatible with any other form of subscribing to ServiceM8, including third-party app stores, subscribing through your Xero account, or Apple In App Purchase subscriptions.

The account credit offered is equivalent to 100% of the value paid to the ServiceM8 Partner for first-time setup and training services, including any tax included and charged, up to a maximum of $2,000. Where there is any doubt of whether some of the services rendered are directly related to first-time setup and training, ServiceM8 reserves the right to determine the credit to be applied, at its sole discretion. 

Up to a maximum of $2,000 in first-time ServiceM8 setup and training from a ServiceM8 Partner can be redeemed for ServiceM8 account credit under this offer.

ServiceM8 Partner Setup & Training services being claimed must have been delivered and completed in full by the date of submitting your claim.

A claim can only be made for ServiceM8 setup & training services provided by a certified & listed ServiceM8 Partner, as can be found on the ServiceM8 Partner Directory.

Proof of purchase and payment must be provided, being a legitimate paid invoice or receipt, which details the invoice date and setup & training services provided. Evidence of the purchase must be submitted to ServiceM8 via this page.

By submitting a paid invoice/receipt under this rebate offer, you are taken to confirm that the first-time ServiceM8 setup and training services detailed in the proof of purchase have been delivered and completed in full, as at the date of submission, and you are satisfied with these services.

Only one claim can be made under this offer i.e. it's acceptable to purchase the setup & training services over more than one invoice, but wait until you have received and paid all invoices for completed services you plan to claim under this offer, before submitting your claim. Note you still must submit your claim within 60 days of subscribing to ServiceM8 and the earliest invoice's date.

Only accounts with new ServiceM8 subscriptions, starting after 22 August 2023, are eligible for the offer. Only new subscribers to ServiceM8 are eligible for this offer.

Note that this offer involves subscribing to a ServiceM8 plan before submitting your Setup & Training Rebate claim, and your ServiceM8 subscription is charged monthly, up front i.e. you will need to pay the full plan price of your first ServiceM8 monthly subscription fee until your claim is submitted and approved.

No refunds of any kind will be provided. It is your responsibility to evaluate this offer in the context of your circumstances, and ServiceM8 as a solution for your business requirements. ServiceM8 offers a 14-day free trial — please evaluate whether ServiceM8 is the right fit for your business before taking action on this offer.

Account credit will not be provided more than once per claim submitted under this offer.

ServiceM8 reserves the right to withdraw the offer and/or remove the account credit from any account where it believes, in its sole discretion, that you have not engaged in the offer in good faith and consistent with the offer’s intent.

ServiceM8 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, with immediate effect, and without notice.

This offer does not "stack" with any other ServiceM8 offer e.g. if your claim is approved, any active discounts on your new subscription will be replaced with this offer.

Note that ServiceM8 Partners are separate and independent businesses to ServiceM8, and entering into a contract with a ServiceM8 Partner is subject to the terms and conditions of that Partner.
