Specialising in air-conditioning, electrical and other trades, I have used ServiceM8 as a trade-business operator for over 3 years, and similar service management platforms for more than 14 years. Based in Darwin as a new ServiceM8 Partner, I have worked with small businesses around Australia to maximise their use of ServiceM8 and associated accounting packages, offering training and customising processes to meet their individual needs. My trade-specific knowledge is based on 8 years' operating an air-conditioning business in the NT, as Service Manager then Operations Manager, before using my knowledge of this industry to assist small businesses/sole traders in building and managing their business.
I can offer one-off or ongoing support as someone who continues to work for tradesmen, with a unique understanding of their day-to-day jobs.
