Tell us about your business and why you decided to try ServiceM8?
Willo’s Plumbing is a small company specializing in personal and commercial plumbing. Previous to ServiceM8 we did all work by hand with a paper diary. This was time consuming, difficult to manage on-the-go, and fast becoming obsolete with the majority of clients now online.
About two years ago my friend suggested that I try ServiceM8. I thought I’d give the App a try because I had nothing to lose, and honestly I am really impressed with it. I can run my business from anywhere in the world.
With ServiceM8 I have the ability to create trust with our customers. For instance, when customers call and ask about the status of any job, we have picture evidence to prove its progress, allowing us the keep them up to date.
Has ServiceM8 brought about time efficiencies?
I have been able to cut down my office time, into a quarter of what I used to spend. I can do business every day on the go. It also saves us time in collecting client information for repeat customers, which helps us build a solid database.
How has ServiceM8 enhanced your business?
ServiceM8 allows us to document and track every single job and staff member. And coming from a paper diary, the App adds an entirely different realm to the business. We have more business organization and professionalism, and quoting is so much easier.
