What You'll See in the Diary
When staff check out of jobs, a new "Job Check Out" diary entry appears showing:
- Total travel time
- Total time spent on site
Detailed Visit Summary
Click on any visit diary entry to open a comprehensive visit report with:
Time & Location Details
- GPS arrival and departure times
- Travel time duration and navigation start
- Job time duration with check in and check out times
- Total time calculation
Documentation
- Items/materials added during the visit
- Photos taken during the visit, organized by tag
- Checklist items completed
- Forms completed
- Assets serviced
- Notes created
