The Enhanced Job Card is powerful, intuitive and dynamic.

It’s flexible, with expanding fields for the job’s Description, Quote/Invoice Description, and Items & Services, to keep it easy to work with as you add details. You can also browse the job’s Diary, Photos/Videos, or Attachments, side-by-side while you work in the Details or Billing tab e.g. you can have the Diary open while finalising your invoice.

It’s easier than ever to see where a job is up to, and what needs to happen next, in a single glance. The border of the job card is colour-coded according to its status, upcoming bookings have a dedicated space below the job’s Description, and smart Workflow Actions in the Billing tab suggest the next step to keep the job moving forward.

It’s faster to add or remove items, you can undo & redo changes you’ve made, and a new Totals section in the Billing tab gives better visibility of the job’s value, any payments made, and the balance due, all in one place.

Plus, the Enhanced Job Card features powerful new Checklists, with the ability to see, add and complete multiple checklists in the Details tab. It suggests common tasks, you can search and add specific Forms to complete or Assets to service, as well as assign tasks to staff members, and even set a reminder for them on Check In, Check Out, Navigation, or at a specific date/time.
