Various minor improvements released with ServiceM8 13:
- Booking Suggestions up to 6 Weeks — when there is no availability within the next 2 weeks, booking suggestions will now be offered up to 6 weeks in future.
- Queue Expiry Options Alignment | App — when sending a job to a queue and setting the expiry timeframe, the list of expiry duration options now match between the App and Online Dashboard.
- Job Allocations | Display Order Improvement — jobs scheduled with Job Allocation windows now sort and position themselves on the Staff Schedules tab in the relevant time of day e.g. a job allocated as "Morning" will appear before 12pm in Staff Schedules.
- ServiceM8 Pay | Decline American Express — with ServiceM8 Pay, there is a new preference to accept or decline payments with American Express cards. Go to Account > Settings > Preferences > Invoicing > Card Payments, and toggle the checkbox next to ‘Accept American Express and International cards (higher fees apply)’. This option is off by default.
- ServiceM8 Phone | Ringing Tone Regionalisation — the ringing tone that clients hear when they call your ServiceM8 Phone number has been updated to the standard tone for your country, so it’ll sound more familiar to clients.
- Toggle Cost & Markup Columns | Online — in the Billing tab of the Enhanced Job Card, if you want more space to work with, it’s possible to temporarily hide the Cost & Markup columns. To do so, click the three vertical dots at the top-right corner of the Items & Services table, then toggle “Cost & Markup”.
- Proposals | Upload File from Computer — if you want to insert a photo or file into a Proposal, it’s now possible to upload it directly from your computer.
- Proposals | Text Selection for Accepted Proposals — it’s now possible to copy text from an accepted Proposal.
